Space Manager
Your space, with a helping hand
Some Hosts may have multiple spaces or simply need help managing their listings. A future Parkeas Space Manager feature could allow an authorized person to help manage selected Host activities.
Depending on the permissions provided, a space manager may be able to help with
Listing and booking
- Listing setup
- Availability
- Booking coordination
Guest relations
- Guest communication
- Access instructions
Property types
- Multiple parking locations
- Commercial properties
- Storage listings
The Host remains responsible for ensuring that anyone given access to manage a listing is properly authorized.
Who this could help
Hosts with multiple spaces
Managing several driveways, lots, or storage listings across one or more locations.
Commercial property managers
Coordinating parking or storage availability on behalf of a business or property.
Busy hosts
Hosts who want a trusted person to help handle day-to-day listing activity.
