We're starting with Parking and Storage, but our vision is bigger:

We're early: 3 spaces are live so far, in 1 city. Hosts anywhere in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge can list today.

The journey, step by step

Someone lists what they already own

Photos, dimensions and a price: by the hour for parking, with an optional day price, or by the month for storage. Hosts are required to complete identity verification before their listing goes live — that's the delay between signing up and appearing in search.

A guest books it for the hours they need

Parking by the hour, for up to a full day at a time; storage by the month. The cancellation policy — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict — is the host's choice and is shown on the listing before checkout.

Access without a meetup

A PIN or QR code tied to the booking window gives access. A check-in photo adds a record of each arrival in case something needs a second look.

The total is shown before you pay

The service fee (5% + CA$0.40) and applicable tax are included in the total shown before you pay. The host fee comes out of the host payout, not on top of your total. Later charges, such as an extension you add or overtime if you stay past your booking, are shown on the booking.

Access by PIN or QR code

Access defaults to a PIN or QR code tied to your booking window, not a face-to-face key handoff with the host.

Your cancellation policy is spelled out upfront

Every listing publishes one of three policies — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict — with the exact refund for each notice window, shown on the listing and again at checkout.
