Free Cancellation
24+ hours before100% refund
Cancel at least 24 hours before your booking start time for a full refund to your original payment method.
Late Cancellation
2–24 hours before50% refund
Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before the start time receive a 50% refund. The remainder compensates the host.
Last-Minute Cancellation
Under 2 hoursNo refund
Cancellations within 2 hours of the booking start time or no-shows are non-refundable, as the host has held the space.
After Check-in

If you leave early after checking in, you may receive a prorated refund for unused hours depending on the listing's policy.
Important Notes
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Wallet credits from cancellations are available immediately.
