1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and device identifiers. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.
2. Categories We Use

3. Your Choices
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the service to work and cannot be disabled. All other categories are optional and controlled from your Privacy settings, where you can accept, reject, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of Parkeas may not function properly if you do.
4. Legal Basis
We collect analytics and marketing cookies with your consent, in line with PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, Law 25. Strictly necessary cookies are used based on legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by trusted service providers — for example, Stripe for payments, Google for Maps and Sign-in, and analytics vendors. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. Some may transfer data outside Canada; see our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Do Not Track
Parkeas honours consent choices set in your account. Because there is no consistent industry standard for browser-level "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them separately.
7. Changes
If we add or change cookie categories, we will refresh this page and, for material changes, ask for renewed consent.
