How does monthly billing work?
You pay the listed monthly rate up front to reserve the spot for a 30-day period. There's no long-term contract — you choose whether to renew each month, and you can switch to a different spot at any time.
Can I cancel a monthly booking?
Yes. Monthly bookings can be cancelled from your dashboard; see the full cancellation policy for how refunds are calculated based on how much of the current period has elapsed.
Are monthly hosts verified the same way as hourly ones?
Yes — every host on Parkeas, whether they list hourly or monthly rates, goes through the same identity verification before their listing goes live.
How do I access my spot each day?
The same PIN and QR code system used for hourly bookings applies to monthly ones — you get access details once your first payment clears, and they stay valid for the full month.
