For major concerts, games, and festivals, Parkeas marks out a search radius around the venue so you can see every real hosted spot nearby in one map, sorted by distance and price. Demand-based surge pricing is disclosed on the listing before you book — never added afterward. Even without a featured event above, you can search any venue address directly and book the same way.

What is "surge" pricing?
When a big event is scheduled nearby, Parkeas designates a radius around the venue where demand is expected to spike. Listings inside that radius may show a surge multiplier on top of the host's normal rate for that time window — it's shown up front before you book, never added after.
How close to the venue will I be?
Each event has a search radius shown on its listing — searching from an event takes you straight to a map of real hosted spots within that radius, sorted by distance and price.
Can I book before the event is announced on this page?
Yes — event zones are how Parkeas highlights known upcoming events, but you can always search any venue address directly from the homepage or Search page, even if it isn't listed here yet.
Is event parking cancellable?
Same policy as any other booking — see the cancellation policy for how refunds are calculated as the event date approaches.
